Marnus Coetzee is a Salesforce Engineer with extensive experience in automation, UI enhancements, and user support, currently working at Further since November 2021. In this role, Marnus serves as a Certinia PSA Administrator, responsible for developing and testing automation flows, customizing Lightning Record Pages, and managing release schedules for over 240 users. Marnus also volunteered as a Salesforce Administrator at Bear Creek Ranch, focusing on creating unique Salesforce organizations and training staff. Previous experience includes a Donor Services Associate role at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, where Marnus provided Salesforce training, developed reports, and managed donor information.
