Anna Elkhova has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Training & Development. Anna started their career as a Business Trainer at Citi in 2011, where they organized and conducted training events for line staff and sales staff. Anna then joined Uniastrum Bank in 2012 as a Business Trainer, where they established a training system from scratch and developed training programs for various departments. In 2013, Anna worked as a Business Trainer at Promsvyazbank, where they self-organized training events and evaluated their effectiveness through sales indicators.

From 2015 to 2017, Anna served as a T&D Team Leader at Tinkoff, managing a team of coaches and remote mentors. Anna was responsible for selecting, training, and developing the coaching team, as well as organizing and controlling the remote training system for the bank's activities. Anna also worked as a T&D Officer at Raiffeisen Bank Russia during the same period, where they developed and implemented the training system for service departments and adapted training materials.

In 2021, Anna joined Coders Valley as an IT Recruiter (intern), where they closed vacancies for various technical roles and utilized modern tools for candidate sourcing. Currently, Anna holds the position of Global Human Resources Business Partner at MTrading since 2023. Anna'sresponsibilities include managing the onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees, improving various HR processes such as performance reviews and employee growth maps, resolving complex employee relations issues, and creating and promoting the company's HR brand in Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Anna also mentors HR assistants and implements HRMS while creating and implementing HR processes.
