Mr. Fortuño is the former governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is currently a partner with the firm Steptoe & Johnson, LLP. Mr. Fortuño has also served as Puerto Rico’s sole representative in the US House of Representatives where he was appointed as the Republican Party’s minority Ranking Member on Insular Affairs for the 110th Congress. He also served as a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure, Natural Resources, International Relations, and Education and Workforce committees.
