Oluwatobiloba Davies has accumulated a diverse range of work experiences. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at SeamlessHR. Prior to this, they served as a Writing Intern at the International Youth Coalition, a Customer Solutions Provider at ALAT by Wema, and a Radio Presenter at UNILAG FM. Oluwatobiloba also worked as a Digital Specialist at Qreative License, an Executive Assistant and Head of Communications at Mental and Environmental Development Initiative for Children (MEDIC), and a Communications/Clients Manager at Human Development Initiative. Their work experience spans from 2015 to the present, showcasing their ability to succeed in various roles and industries.

Oluwatobiloba Davies attended the University of Lagos from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature. Additionally, Oluwatobiloba obtained several certifications, including Customer Service Foundations and Phone-Based Customer Service from LinkedIn in December 2019. They also completed courses in Understanding Climate Change and Understanding Renewable Energy at the YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa in November 2019. In April 2018, Oluwatobiloba earned a Diploma in Customer Service and Marketing from the College of Supply Chain Management, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Customer Relationship Management from the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management.
