Dean Grove possesses extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors, including their current role as Chief Operations Officer and General Manager at Seamaster Maritime & Logistics since August 2020. Dean also co-owns TIKI TONGA COFFEE SOUTH AFRICA, which opened its first retail location in Umhlanga Village in 2019. Previously, Dean served as Chief Executive Officer at Rembrothers (Pty) Ltd from September 2016 to May 2018, overseeing restaurant brand operations, and held several managerial positions at Spur Corporation and other companies, focusing on franchising and sales management. Dean holds a BA in Communications from the University of Johannesburg and completed Matric at Parktown Boys High.
