Natalya Fater, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Seaman Paper since June 2024. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Natalya has held significant positions including Chief Human Resources Officer at Barrett Distribution Centers, Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources at both Pet Food Experts and Nouria Energy Corporation. At Nouria, Natalya played a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and leading HR initiatives for one of the largest privately held companies in the retail and fuel distribution industry. Additionally, Natalya has contributed to the HRMA of Central MA as a Board of Directors Officer and Past Chapter President. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Assumption University.
