Itelo Filho has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field, with positions at various companies. In 2014, they started as an intern at LASSE and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined BitX as a junior programmer and later transitioned to the role of a software engineer, leaving the company in 2019. After BitX, they briefly worked as a software engineer at Westwing Brasil before joining Captalys as a frontend engineer in 2019. In 2020, they joined Blockdaemon as a software engineer and stayed with the company until early 2023. Most recently, they joined Seam (YC S20) as a software engineer in February 2023.

Itelo Filho began their education in 2014 at Universidade Federal do Pará, where they pursued studies but did not complete a specific degree or field of study. Itelo then enrolled in Fast MBA in 2018 and is currently undergoing an online program in "Formação EAD" with a focus on entrepreneurship, business, and startups.
