Braden Nichols is an experienced professional in operational management and engineering, currently serving as a Value Stream Leader and Performance Improvement Manager with Sealed Air Corporation. Previously held roles include Global Operational Process/Regional OPEX Leader at Sealed Air Corporation, as well as various engineering positions at Michelin, where Braden advanced from Industrial Progress Engineer I to Senior Progress Engineer. Early career experience includes a Balance of Plant Nuclear Engineering Internship at Duke Energy Corporation and a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC. Braden is currently pursuing further education at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, following a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
