Damian B. has extensive experience in contracts management and law, starting as a Subcontract Administrator at Lockheed Martin in 2005. Damian later became an Equity Partner at Lubchenco, Kendrick, & Baldridge, LLP in 2012 before transitioning to roles such as Counsel at HORSEBACK MIRACLES, INC and Owner at Baldridge Law, LLC. Damian's most recent position was at SEAKR Engineering, Inc. where they served as Contracts Manager and then as Director of Contracts. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong negotiation skills, contract compliance, and management of high-dollar subcontracts.

Damian B. earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2004. Damian then went on to obtain a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law in 2011.
