Megan Scanlon is an experienced professional in employee relations and law, currently serving as the Director of Global Employee Relations at Seagate Technology since November 2021. Prior roles include Director of Employee Relations & Investigations at ADP from July 2018 to November 2021 and Attorney positions at Kaplan Voekler Cunningham & Frank, PLC, and Tarley Robinson PLC. Before these legal roles, Megan worked as an Attorney at LeClair Ryan for nearly seven years and served as a Captain in the US Army from May 1997 to June 2002. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
