Dipesh Purani is an experienced Managing Principal Engineer at Seagate Technology, specializing in Design Engineering for New Enterprise Systems Products since July 2011. Prior to this role, Dipesh held the position of Principal Engineer, where five enterprise products were successfully qualified using six sigma principles. Dipesh's career at Seagate began in December 1998, moving through various engineering roles that include Senior Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer, focusing on advanced technology and media qualification. Additionally, experience at StorMedia as a Senior Engineer involved failure analysis and yield improvement techniques. Dipesh holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
