Nathalie Villada is an experienced consultant at SeaDream Yacht Club since March 2017, specializing in addressing client inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Nathalie served as an Associate Manager at Build-A-Bear Workshop from September 2011 to September 2017, where responsibilities included assisting the General Manager and coaching team members to achieve sales goals while ensuring an engaging customer experience. Nathalie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism from Florida International University and an Associate's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Miami Dade College.
