Allison Gilmer is the Founder and CEO of Hello High, a cannabis compliance consulting firm established in July 2022, focusing on equipping cannabis businesses to minimize compliance risks. Additionally, Allison serves as a Naturalist at Seacoast Science Center and as a Consultant at Point Seven Group since 2021. With experience as a Yoga Instructor at MISSION Portsmouth and CorePower Yoga, Allison has also held roles such as Compliance Manager at Verde Natural and Manager of MIP Compliance at LivWell, where responsibilities included conducting compliance inspections and training personnel. Prior to these positions, Allison worked as a Compliance and Safety Officer at MiNDFUL, overseeing compliance for multiple cannabis licenses and performing regulatory inspections. Early in the career, Allison gained hands-on experience as a Cultivator at Golden Goat. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas.
