Richard Heath is an experienced leader in the retirement and long-term care management sector, with a career spanning over three decades. Richard served as President and CEO at Seabury since February 2012 and previously held the role of Director at the Armed Forces Retirement Home from March 2010 to February 2012. Prior positions include Executive Director at North Florida Retirement Village and President and CEO at Gulf Coast Village Retirement Community. Richard also held the position of VP for New Business Development at Sears Methodist and served in various leadership roles at Greystone Communities. Richard holds a Master's Degree in Long Term Care Administration/Management from the University of North Texas and a B.A. in History from The Ohio State University. Since retiring in June 2019, Richard has remained engaged in the field.
