Kevinash Mossai is an experienced sommelier with a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Head Sommelier at Seabourn Cruise Line since March 2022, Kevinash previously held positions such as Resort Assistant Head Sommelier at Constance Hotels and Resorts and Head Sommelier at Heritage Resorts. Earlier roles include Head Sommelier at Cle Dubai and Supperclub Amsterdam, as well as Sommelier at Capital Club Dubai. Kevinash's career began as a Bartender - Commis Sommelier at Atlantis Resorts, where valuable experience was gained alongside Michelin-starred chefs. Kevinash is also educated through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
