Ena Schasteen has extensive experience in the cruise line industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Seabourn Cruise Line since September 2019. Prior to this role, Ena Schasteen held the position of Manager of Consumer Programs Operations at Seabourn. Additionally, Ena Schasteen spent 17 years at Holland America Line, starting in September 2002 as Supervisor of Consumer Programs, where valuable skills and insights were developed in operational management and consumer service.
