Claire Cai Yue is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving on the People Team at Sea since June 2019. Claire is responsible for managing the Global Share Incentive Plan, overseeing HRIS, and leading group HR processes and people projects. Previously, Claire worked at ECU Worldwide from August 2017 to June 2019, initially as a Graduate Trainee and later as a Regional HR Specialist for the APAC region. Claire holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2017.
