Jorge Flores is an experienced Project Engineer at S-E-A since November 2017, previously serving as a Research Architectural Engineer at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Jorge's expertise includes building inspections, condition analysis, and report writing, demonstrated during a brief tenure as a Building Consultant with 5-Fold Technical Consultants in 2017. Jorge holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Resilient Infrastructure Systems from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2011-2014) and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (2007-2010).
