Tom Drew has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Tom is currently working as a Product Manager at Sea since August 2022.

Prior to their current role, Tom worked at Indeed Flex (formerly Syft) from September 2020 to February 2022. Tom held the positions of Product Manager and Product Operations Manager during their tenure.

Before joining Indeed Flex, Tom worked as a Product Manager at Ten Lifestyle Group from September 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for evolving, developing, and maintaining the Product Backlog for the company's proprietary CRM and Customer Communication tool. Tom also gathered user requirements, engaged with stakeholders, and ensured project delivery.

Tom's previous experience includes roles at ASOS.com, where they worked from July 2012 to July 2019. Tom served as a System Enhancement Lead, Implementation Support Lead, Process and Engagement Analyst, and Customer Care Team Leader during their time at ASOS.com. In these roles, they provided leadership, managed relationships with third-party representatives, supported colleagues in customer care, and continuously improved processes to enhance the customer experience.

Tom also gained experience in technical support, customer service, and photography as a part of their early career. Tom worked at Epoq as a Technical Support and Customer Service representative and a Forms Originator from July 2011 to October 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Photography Assistant at Dawson Strange Photography from March 2011 to June 2011.

Tom Drew attended Coventry University from 2007 to 2010 where they obtained a BA Honours degree in Advertising and Media. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in AgilePM® (2014) Practitioner and AgilePM® (2014) Foundation, which were obtained in May 2017 and March 2017 respectively from APMG International.
