Michael Sirvent has extensive experience in both firefighting and training in the fields of autism and disability. Since October 2005, Michael has served as Lieutenant des pompiers at SDIS 78, where Michael also acts as the Référent Handicap. In April 2021, Michael founded Atypik Formations, providing training focused on understanding, communicating, and assisting individuals with autism and motor disabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Sapeur-pompier and Sapeur-pompier Volontaire at SDIS 07 from February 1998 to October 2005. Michael's educational background includes a Practitioner TOP degree in Techniques en Optimisation du Potentiel from TOP Co Evolution, a professional project certificate from Switch Collective, a qualification in sports activities from EPGV, and a law degree from Université Grenoble Alpes.
