Erdem Cetin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of polymer chemistry and new product development. Currently serving as Team Lead in the PD_UV Cure/Specialty division at SDC Technologies, Inc., since January 2015, Erdem has a strong background that includes roles such as New Product Development Manager at Lens Technologies International and Director of Optics Lab and Manufacturing at Ophthonix, Inc. Erdem's experience spans various positions at Ophthonix, including Staff Scientist/Project Lead and Senior Polymer Chemist. Previously, Erdem was a founding team member at Aprilis and contributed to significant projects at Polaroid. Erdem holds a PhD in Organic/Polymer Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with an MSc in Organic Chemistry and a BSc in Chemistry from Boğaziçi University.
