Sylvie Goulard currently serves as a Professor of Practice at SDA Bocconi and the Co-Chair of the International Advisory Panel on Biodiversity Credits, collaborating with Dame Amelia Fawcett to promote initiatives for nature preservation financing. Sylvie Goulard is also the Vice President of the Institute for European Policy Making at Università Bocconi and the President of the Institut Franco-Allemand, dedicated to enhancing Franco-German relations. Previous roles include Policy Planning staff at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, Deputy Governor at Banque de France, Minister of Armed Forces, Member of the European Parliament, President of Mouvement Européen-France, and a Political Advisor to the President at the European Commission. Sylvie Goulard holds degrees from ENA, Sciences Po, and Aix-Marseille University.
