Deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA), an agency of the U.S. Federal Government. Membership in SCU Credit Union is open to people who:

1. live, work, attend school, college or university, or have a usual place of business in

•	Norfolk, Suffolk, Middlesex, Plymouth, Barnstable, Bristol, Dukes and Nantucket counties of the commonwealth of Massachusetts,
•	the Providence, Bristol and Newport counties of the State of Rhode Island,
•	and the following towns in Worcester county of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts: Blackstone, Hopedale, Mendon, Milford, Millville, Northbridge, Southborough, Upton, Uxbridge and Westborough, or

2. are family members of eligible persons, regardless of location.
