Randy Mills is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the environmental and engineering fields. Currently serving as a Senior Project Scientist at SCS Engineers since November 1993, Randy has played a significant role in various projects. Prior to this position, Randy worked as a Senior Geologist at Wehran Engineering from 1979 to 1993. Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from Colgate University and a Master's Degree in Water Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
