Akta P. serves as the Head of Design at Scrut Automation since April 2024 and has been a Director at First Time Film Makers since January 2006, a nonprofit organization supporting new filmmakers. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Design, Senior Product Designer, and User Experience Designer at Spendflo from February 2022 to April 2024, and a Senior User Experience Designer at The Geeks' Lab between January 2020 and February 2022, where notable contributions included a usability audit and redesign of the Economic Times' product "vConfex." Additional positions include Guest Faculty at the School of Accelerated Learning in late 2021, User Experience Designer at Dvait Studio from December 2012 to December 2019, and Frontend Developer roles at Randomattic and 3EPL. Akta P. holds a PG certificate in Visual Design & User Experience from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming from Gujarat University.
