Abhik Deb has a diverse work experience in the field of media and journalism. Abhik began their career as a Copy Editor (Business Desk) for The Times Of India, where they worked from May 2017 to October 2018. Following this, they joined The Quint as a Desk Writer from November 2018 to February 2020. Abhik then moved on to NDTV Convergence Limited as a Senior Sub-Editor from March 2020 to September 2020. Currently, they work at Scroll Media, initially holding the position of Senior Sub-Editor from October 2020 to August 2022, and currently serving as the Chief Copy Editor.

Abhik Deb pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication in New Delhi. This educational endeavor took place from 2016 to 2017.
