Jim Weale is a co-founder and co-director of Scriptoria Sustainable Development Solutions, an award-winning company specializing in knowledge management, software and data systems, communications, and training delivery since 2001. With extensive experience as a principal consultant across various international projects, Jim leads initiatives focusing on data systems and knowledge management for organizations such as the CGIAR, FAO, and CRIDF. Notably, Jim oversaw the development of sophisticated project management and data tracking systems to enhance efficiency in research and response to agricultural challenges, including pest management across sub-Saharan Africa. Jim holds a PhD in English and Linguistics from Bangor University.
