Douglas Fish is an experienced broadcast engineer currently serving as the Lead Broadcast Engineer at The E.W. Scripps Company since June 2022. Prior roles include Maintenance Engineer positions at WRTV and WISH-TV, where Douglas focused on remote productions and integration. Notable earlier positions include Director of Broadcast Engineering at Professional Bull Riders, LLC, and various engineering roles with IMS Productions and Arctek Satellite, where Douglas operated a mobile TV Satellite Uplink truck across 42 states. Douglas began a career in television at Canterbury Park, progressing from camera operator to Technical Director, and has a foundational background in sports production through roles at PlayOn! Sports and Husky Productions. Douglas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elective Studies from St. Cloud State University, where experience as a student engineer further developed technical skills.
