Melanie Mudge has a diverse work experience starting with a Freelance Digital Marketer role in 2020. Melanie went on to work at Summit Ministries as a Writing Intern in the same year. In 2011, they started working at Axis.org and worked in various roles such as Team Member Intern, Assistant Director of Communications, Associate Director of Research, Director of Student Transformation, Director of Digital Content, and Co-Editor of "The Culture Translator". Melanie grew the subscriber base of the newsletter to over 60,000 and managed both in-house and freelance writers. In 2020, they began their role as Podcast Host & Producer, and Co-Founder at The Sophia Society, and in late 2021, they joined Decisions Won as a Jury Selection Consultant. In 2021, they also served as an Accessibility, Content, and Copywriter at Scribely. Most recently, in 2022, they started their Digital Marketing Consultant role at AXCES Research Group | AXCES Health.
Melanie Mudge attended the UNM Anderson School of Management from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2009, they spent a year at Minnesota State University, Mankato, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or studied a particular field. Additionally, Melanie has recently obtained certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from HubSpot Academy and Google.
