Blair Nielsen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Fabrication Estimator and Digitization Manager at Scovan since April 2022, Blair previously held the role of Spiritual Care Provider at Leading Influence, where responsibilities involved offering spiritual and emotional support to political leaders. As Development Director for Alberta at LeaderImpact Canada from August 2020 to April 2022, Blair was instrumental in executing strategies aimed at enhancing the professional and personal lives of local marketplace leaders. Additionally, Blair served as President of CSI Services from 2004 to May 2020, leading a team within the energy and industrial sector, and held the presidency at Red Deer Leads Executive Association, focusing on business networking and relationship building. Blair holds an Associate of Arts degree from North American Baptist College and has further education from Athabasca University.
