Heather Erven is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management and project coordination across various sectors. Currently serving as Property Operation Manager at Scouts Canada since October 2021, Heather previously held the position of Business Manager at Nepean Sailing Club, where responsibilities included managing a two-million-dollar budget and strategic planning. Additional roles encompass Project Manager at Equine Canada, where key achievements included creating a Long Term Equestrian Development Guidebook and organizing national events, and Manager at Knifewear Inc., where establishment of an Ottawa location was realized. Previous experience also includes teaching and nutrition counseling, reflecting a strong foundation in education and health. Heather holds a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
