David Marker has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. David is currently working at Scout Productions Inc. as the Vice President of Development, a role they have held since October 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Development, starting in May 2022 and ending in September 2023. Before their time at Scout Productions Inc., David worked at Walt Disney Television as a Senior Producer for a brief period in November and December 2020. David also spent several years at Warner Bros. Entertainment, where they held various positions including Supervising Producer, Senior Producer, Writer/Producer, and Senior Associate Producer between 2013 and 2020. David also gained experience at Prometheus Entertainment as an Associate Producer and Researcher from 2011 to 2013, and at The Ellen DeGeneres Show as a Head Researcher and Researcher from 2008 to 2011.

David Marker attended Yale University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religious Studies.
