Egan Schulz is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience and product design across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Director of UX Design for Digital Products at Scout Motors Inc. since July 2023, Egan previously led UX design for enterprise and fleet software at Rivian, focusing on consumer-centered design solutions that elevated user experiences. Egan's career includes impactful roles such as Head of Design at Siemens Healthineers, where a Health Incubator was established, and Vice President of Product & Design at Samepage, contributing to significant sales growth and acquisition. Earlier contributions as Chief Design Officer at Snowflake Computing and at PayPal as Senior Director of Design culminated in pioneering global digital wallet solutions and mobile apps. Egan's design journey began at Apple Inc., where leadership in interactive projects and design teams for Pro Apps solidified a foundation in innovative design. Egan holds a Master’s in Mass Communications and a B.S. in Journalism from San Jose State University.
