Kristin Shiff is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Generalist in Corporate HR Operations at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since January 2018. Kristin partners with HR leadership and business leaders to develop talent strategies, provides coaching on HR processes, and participates in talent management activities.
