Dimiter Todorov is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since May 2008. In this role, Dimiter oversees global Growth Initiatives, M&A & Strategic Partnerships, and International Business, while also acting as general counsel for the Company's International business unit.
