Ashley Lehner is a Human Resources Operations Specialist at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since April 2022, providing guidance on policy interpretation, performance management, and compliance. Prior to this role, Ashley spent over a decade at Whirlpool Corporation, where significant contributions included leading plantwide engagement initiatives resulting in an 11% increase in engagement and substantial cost savings, as well as managing diverse roles in HR communications and new product introduction. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Franklin University and two Associate's degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Marion Technical College.
