Amanda Maag, PHR, currently serves as Benefits Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since January 2021. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as Benefits Manager at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. from March 2015 to January 2021, during which the company was acquired by Post Foods while the restaurant segment remained independent. Amanda's experience also includes a position as Benefits Manager at Residential Finance / PMAC Lending Services from October 2012 to March 2015, following the acquisition of Residential Finance by PMAC Lending Services. Earlier in Amanda's career, experience as Benefits & Compensation Specialist at Bravo Brio Restaurant Group from July 1999 to October 2012 involved management and design of various benefits programs, alongside previous roles as Assistant Human Resources Generalist and Hostess Supervisor. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
