Agata Kizelbach has extensive experience in governance and customer engagement roles, currently serving as a Decision Maker in Governance & Oversight at Scottish Widows since April 2018. Previously, Agata participated in the Rising Talent Programme at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from May 2016 to May 2018 as a Decision Maker Trainee, focusing on customer feedback and engagement. Earlier career roles include HelpPoint Administrator at Capita Life & Pensions and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Barrington-Hill Associates. Agata holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The Open University, completed between 2012 and 2017.
