Andrew Walker is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs and media relations. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Affairs at Scottish Water since May 2017, Andrew previously held senior communications roles at Police Scotland, including Head of News, where responsibilities encompassed leading corporate communications teams and advising the Chief Constable. Andrew's career includes significant positions such as Police Reform Communications Manager for the Association of Chief Police Officers (Scotland) and Head of Media & Communications for Central Scotland Police. Early career roles involved crime reporting for notable publications including the Scottish Daily Record and The Scotsman. Andrew holds an HND in Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University.
