Donald Macaskill serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Scottish Care since April 2016, leading initiatives in health and social care. Prior to this role, Donald founded and acted as Lead Consultant for EQUAL AND DIVERSE, a training and consultancy organization focused on equalities, human rights, social care, and education from June 2003 to April 2016. Donald holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Divinity degree, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Glasgow, and a PhD.
