Kate Gummer is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various roles in reputable companies. Kate began a career in learning and development in 2008 as an HR Assistant at Oliver Bonas, progressing through multiple roles including Learning and Development Officer and Coordinator. With a degree in History from the University of Winchester, Kate has developed a strong expertise in talent development and training initiatives throughout a dynamic career spanning over a decade.
