Paula Czach serves as the Vice President of Global Automotive within Global Risk Management at Scotiabank, a position held since May 2019, where contributions include maintaining a portfolio of global automotive customers in adherence to the bank's policies and risk appetite. Prior to this, Paula held various leadership roles at Scotiabank, including Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed establishing new business units and managing substantial portfolios in US corporate banking, particularly in the healthcare sector. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager for Special Accounts Management, where oversight involved managing distressed accounts and leading credit risk assessments. Paula began their career at National Westminster Bank of Canada as Assistant Vice President and is an alumnus of Ivey Business School at Western University, holding an Honors Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance.
