Anne Phillips is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the spirits industry. Currently serving as Marketing Director at The Scotch Malt Whisky Society since January 2023, Anne has previously held positions such as Global Marketing Manager for Laphroaig at Beam Suntory and Marketing Manager for The Famous Grouse at Edrington-Beam Suntory UK. Anne's career includes significant roles at The Glenmorangie Company, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Brand for Ardbeg to senior and brand management positions. Early career highlights include strategic planning at The Leith Agency and brand management at Scottish and Newcastle. Anne holds a first-class BA in International Business with French and Italian from the University of Strathclyde, a Master of Arts in Translation from the University of Bristol, and additional education from emlyon business school.
