Vassiliki (Vicky) Couvaras has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Vassiliki (Vicky) most recently held the role of Global Director of People & Development at Scorpios. Prior to that, they were the People & Culture Head at Up Hellas, where they were responsible for stabilizing the HR department and implementing various HR initiatives. Vassiliki (Vicky) also held the position of People and Culture Manager (BoD member) at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) and served as a Board of Directors member and HR Head at their factory.

Earlier in their career, Vicky worked at Deloitte as an HR Transformation Assistant Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Business Analyst. Vassiliki (Vicky) played a critical role in supporting organizations to leverage technology and strategy to solve enterprise-wide HR issues. Vassiliki (Vicky) also gained experience in hotel management as the owner of Olympios Zeus Hotel, and in an international HR role at Imerys, where they supported recruitment, training, and employee development needs across 14 countries.

Vicky has also served as a Recruiter/Assessor at live Assessment Centres for ReGeneration | Global Shapers Athens Hub, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Geniki Bank.

Vicky Couvaras has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Consulting from the University of Bath. Vassiliki (Vicky) also holds a BSc Hons in Business Administration and Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Vassiliki (Vicky) has certifications from SAP SuccessFactors, including SAP Certified Application Associate in SuccessFactors Succession Management, SAP Certified Professional Application in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, and SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management. Additionally, they have a ReGeneration Certificate from ReGeneration by Global Shapers Athens Hub.
