Yashodhara C. has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Senior Officer at Tata Motors for seven years. Yashodhara then joined Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as a Manager from 2005 to 2009. Yashodhara then moved to PwC, where they worked as a Senior Manager - Human Capital from 2009 to 2013. Yashodhara briefly worked as the Head of HR at Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd in 2013. From 2015 to 2021, Yashodhara served as the Head HR India at Agility. Currently, they hold the position of Head - HR India at Scorpio India from May 2022 onwards.

Yashodhara C. completed their Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree in Psychology from Indraprastha College For Women in the years 1993-1996. Yashodhara then pursued a PGDM degree in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) from 1996 to 1998.
