Estere Ērgle has worked in a variety of roles since 2021. In 2021, they were an Office Manager/HR at Inbank Latvia, and a Mediator, resolving any family/relationship dispute through an alternative resolution - mediation. In 2022, they were a Recruiter Specialist at Danone, and a Recruiter/Office Manager at Scoro, the most comprehensive work management solution for creative and professional services.

Estere Ērgle is currently enrolled in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Biznesa Vadībbas Koledža since 2020. Estere also has a background in Psychology from Latvijas Universitate.
