Wes Sims is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ScoreBreak. Wes has also served on the Board of Directors for The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults from May 2017 to December 2019, and as Head of Technology for Pelotonia from April 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they led the Vendor Selection process for 'Project Orchid', a multi-year platform upgrade & systems integration project to update Pelotonia's digital registration, fundraising, stewardship and community engagement. Wes also conceived and delivered Pelotonia 'Rise' to rapidly respond to the coronavirus pandemic, offering information, resources and community engagement opportunities during the outbreak and lockdown phase. In response to COVID-19, they also executed and launched the 'My Pelotonia' experience, a fully-digital experience replacing the annual physical ride which resulted in record registration and participation in 2020. Prior to their role at Pelotonia, Wes served as Executive Vice President at FX Well from February 2015 to April 2017, and as Volunteer Development Director at National Youth 5K Series from October 2013 to February 2015.
Wes Sims has a BA in Business Administration from Whittier College, and a certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Wes also has a high school diploma from The Severn School.
