Selina Bolton is an accomplished director and founder with extensive experience in various sectors, including construction, sustainability, and property management. Currently serving as Director and Founder of SEED PARTNERS since April 2018, Selina specializes in investing in companies with a turnover of £1-20m and supports business turnaround strategies post-COVID. Additionally, Selina is the Executive Director of DDI Projects Ltd, overseeing diverse construction fit-out projects, and has held investment roles at CrowdProperty and ScoreApp. Selina co-founded TILLY HILL PROPERTY LTD and SPACEWITHIN UK LIMITED, focusing on high-quality accommodation solutions and enhancing the rental experience. Prior to these roles, Selina gained valuable expertise at Deutsche Bank, LBBW, Catalyst Development, and JPMorgan, complemented by academic qualifications from the Architectural Association and the University of Westminster.
