Joanne Tan is a seasoned actuary with significant experience in marketing, product development, and client management across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing and Product Actuary at SCOR since October 2023, Joanne is responsible for client relationships and business development in Southeast Asia, as well as leading product innovation initiatives. Previously, Joanne held the position of Pricing Actuary at Pacific Life Re from October 2018 to October 2023, focusing on pricing terms and methodology for reinsurance solutions in Asia. Prior experience includes roles at Gen Re, where Joanne was a Regional Pricing Actuary, Client Manager in Life/Health, and Actuarial Associate, managing pricing, product development, and client relationships across North-East and Southeast Asia. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies from The Australian National University, completed in 2012.
