James L. is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the entertainment and gaming industries. At Scopely, James serves as Senior Director of Marketing, while previous positions include Director of Growth at Cloud Imperium Games and a series of roles at Seriously Digital Entertainment, including VP of Marketing and Senior Director of Marketing. James also held the position of Senior Manager, Branded Entertainment at Maker Studios Inc and worked as Senior Activation Manager at Uproxx Studios. Academically, James holds a BA with a minor in Cognitive Psychology and Business Management from UC Irvine and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Data Science at UC Berkeley Extension.
